This is a presentation of the range of Indigenous land use and cultural affiliations with different locations across Pentlatch (the Comox Valley).
The goal of this presentation is to educate the public on the cultural importance of various places, both those with and without tangible archaeological evidence of pre-contact use. Reviewing the past practices and beliefs about these places sheds light on the complexity of Pentlatch culture.
