Presenters delivered this content from Fall 2024 to Spring 2025 at Brooklyn, Highland, and Mark Isfeld Schools to students. We plan to continue this work and would like to involve any educators, support staff in learning this meaningful work.
We have worked with diverse people across Western Canada over the past 20 years. In our work today, we strive to prioritize decolonization, accessibility, and trauma informed care in addition to working with an anti-oppression lens.
What does all of that mean? We care about the people we work with! We don’t want to do harm in our work, and we want our work, to the best of our ability, to be something that everyone can benefit from. Whether that be custom built training around diversity, equity, and inclusion, or one-one-one consults about future educational pathways. We have a diverse set of skills and we are excited to share them with the world.
