Every educator and staff member knows the feeling of being stretched thin — juggling communication, complex student needs, shifting expectations, and constant change.

This interactive 90-minute workshop introduces the Positive Intelligence® (PQ) framework, developed through research at Stanford University and used in schools, healthcare teams, and Fortune 500 organizations to strengthen resilience and reduce burnout.

Participants learn to recognize the unhelpful mental patterns (“saboteurs”) that fuel stress, frustration, and fatigue — and how to shift toward a calmer, clearer mindset in the moment. Through a personalized assessment, guided reflection, and practical reset practices, they leave with simple strategies that can be used between classes, during meetings, or in challenging interactions.

Grounded in the First Peoples’ Principles of Learning, this session supports holistic growth through reflection, experience, and community connection.

Participants will leave with:
   • A personalized saboteur assessment
   • Practical reset practices to use anytime
   • Renewed clarity, presence, and sense of connection.
