Prismatic: Safety Management System Overview

We’ll be hosting a one-hour online refresher session that walks through the key areas of the Safety Spectrum system. This session is designed for current users and will highlight practical features and cover daily safety tasks.

We’ll cover:

• The Start Page Dashboard and how to use it for quick
navigation and a general system overview.
• Incidents & Investigations, including reporting, followup actions, and managing workflows.
• Hazard Reporting, with a focus on capturing and
tracking safety concerns.
• Safety Committees, including meeting management,
agendas, and documentation.
• Inspections and how to preform inspections.

This overview is great for users who want a refresher on core
functionality or who may have joined the district recently.
