Nellie Lamb is an elementary school teacher and a sometimes writer, curator, and activist based in Victoria, BC, lands of the lək̓ʷəŋən and W̱SÁNEĆ peoples. She is a member of Independent Jewish Voices Victoria. She holds a MA in Art History from The University of Victoria and a BEd from Vancouver Island University. 

This workshop will address what antisemitism is and is not. We will share a brief history of antisemitism, different understandings and definitions of antisemitism, and how antisemitism is related to other forms of oppression.  With this knowledge, teachers will be more able to address accusations of antisemitism in schools and other organizations. This workshop will be offered virtually and hosted at Highland with Charity Munro.
