ADHD is one of the most common neurodivergent profiles among young people today. This workshop is a blend of conversation and activities focused on creating more accessible classroom environments for ADHD brains.
Rachel Ducommun is the Prevention and Early Intervention Coordinator with JHSNI. She is an avid mountain biker, hockey player, and one of the developers of Life in the Fast Brain (a Foundry CV group that seeks to redefine the narrative around ADHD and provide a safe space for education, empowerment, and acceptance.
