Restorative Justice

Take part in a Circle Dialogue facilitated by the Comox Valley Community Justice Centre. The session will begin with an introduction to the Community Justice Centre and restorative justice in our community, followed by an opportunity to learn about circle dialogue by experiencing it.
This circle offers a structured, respectful space to slow down, listen, and reflect together. The guiding theme for the dialogue will be: How can we co-create a supportive work environment for one another within the systems we work in? The goal of this dialogue circle is to create space to strengthen
understanding, empathy, and connection. Confidentiality and respect are foundational to the process.
