LADDERS OF KINDNESS
This Ladders of Kindness session will help people understand lateral violence, lateral kindness and how trauma and our values shape our behaviors. With an introduction to Canada’s shared history, we begin to understand why lateral violence exists and how it shows up.
Through Indigenous History, this values-based session, will show participants how embracing Indigenous ways of being can grow a society that nurtures lateral kindness. In addition, it will foster team building and connection. Each participant will leave with tangible action plans to be laterally kind people.
